POLICIES

Check-in Time

Anytime based on availability (which may vary by location, date, and day of the week, or special event dates). Rooms are typically available after 3pm. Guests should contact the front desk on the day of arrival for specific times, if needed.

  

Check-out Time

12 noon local time is Welcome Inn’s check-out time. Late check-outs must be arranged with and approved by front desk personnel prior to check-out time.

 

Credit Card Policy

At the time of check-in, all guests (whether individual or group reservations) must present valid, government issued identification and may be required to present a valid credit, debit or bank card or debit card that matches the name on the confirmed reservation and the ID provided.  If the guest is using a bank card or debit card, the card may be authorized for the amount of the stay plus incidentals, and those funds may not be released for up to 2 weeks depending on individual bank policies. Welcome Inn is not responsible for any overdraft fees incurred.

 

Room Types and Beds

The maximum number of persons allowed in a room with one king, queen, or double bed is 2. The maximum number of persons allowed in a room with two queen or double beds is 4. 

 

Accessible Rooms

We offer select facilities for the disabled. Accessible rooms may be booked on this site. If you do not see the accessible room type that you are looking for, please contact the property directly.

 

Special Requests

We will make every effort to honor special requests (such as first floor, etc.) when you make your reservation. However, the availability of these items are first come, first serve, and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

 

Pet Policy

We love our guests' furry friends and have a few guidelines that must be followed to ensure a safe environment for all guests. 

 

Our Pet Policy and Disclaimer must be presented to guest upon check in for signature acceptance.

 

*No more than two pets per room, with a combined weight of 150 lbs. or less. A “Pet” is defined as a domesticated/tame dog or cat. Others pets are not permitted as per our pet policy.

 

Animals that assist the disabled, known as “Service Animals” as defined by the ADA, are always welcome. 

 

All Animals (i.e. Pets and Service Animals) must be declared at check-in. 

 

All rooms must be serviced daily to maintain health and cleanliness standards. Both owner-guest and pet/service animal must be out of the room in order to housekeeping to service the room.

 

Animals should not be left alone in a room or a guests automobile and must be attended to at all times. When outside the guest room: all Animals must either be restrained on a leash or in a travel carrier.  

 

At the sole discretion of property management, Animals that pose a health or safety risk, cause damage to our property or that of other guests, are disruptive, are not properly attended, or demonstrate undue aggression, may not remain on the premises.

 

Owner assumes all liability for their Animal, including but not limited to additional cleaning or repair that may be incurred due Animal waste and/or damage, Animal injury, illness, or loss.

 

Room Rates 

Room rates are subject to change and are subject to all applicable taxes and local fees. Other Terms and Conditions may apply.

 

Reservations, Guarantee, and Cancellation Policies

Reservations may be made up to one year in advance. Reservations are based on availability and are only guaranteed when made with your credit card. 

 

Guaranteed reservations will be held all night for your arrival. If you are unable to guarantee your reservation, your room may be held until 6:00PM. 

 

All reservations require a credit card guarantee on a reservation.  If it becomes necessary to cancel a prepaid or guaranteed reservation, you must cancel the reservation, contact by calling our hotel directly on the arrival date and receive a cancellation number. (Times and dates to cancel without penalty may vary based on Special Events, Holidays and/or Weekends.) 

 

If you do not cancel your guaranteed reservation within the applicable cancellation window, your credit card will be charged for the first night plus all applicable taxes or services charges/fees,  and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled (if more than 1 night).  

 

For Group Reservations & Extended Stay Rates:

Please contact our Property Manager to inquire about Group Reservations or Extended Stay booking rates. All reservations require credit card guarantees and Group Rates or Extended Stays may require an advance payment deposit of the total charges for the first night's lodging. This deposit must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date. Notification of cancellation varies by property.
